Sweet but gentle

Decent, just not for me.

Not My Favorite Woody Scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore this scent every other day for the past few weeks. It wasn’t because I was a big fan of it, but because I was trying to figure out how to make it work well. I can’t speak on the volume of mist from this because I was sent a sample vial in exchange for a review of the product. However, spraying it directly onto heat points renders the scent overpowering; like body spray in a high school boy’s locker room. Even from 12 inches, two sprays toward the neck were too strong for those I asked. Walking through a mist seems like it would work much better. Unfortunately, this causes the longevity of the scent to decline significantly. Not even remaining noticeable for 3 hours. The best compromise I found was a single spray (from this sample vial) between the collar bones from about 10 inches. Even this couldn’t last an evening.
As for the scent itself, the time it really shines is when you walk through a mist and let it envelop you. I get much more of the fruity notes, not so much the woody ones. It’s quite pleasant in this case, I just wish it would last a night out.
For the price, I don’t recommend it.
