Doesn’t raise the root
Don’t like this product at all. It makes my hair sticky and difficult to get a brush through it when trying to blow dry. Tried it on dry hair as also recommended on the bottle but no better. It might be worth the hassle if it actually lifted the roots but it doesn’t. Have used other WOW products and liked them. This one not so much.
