The Eucerin AtoControl Face Cream has been specially formulated to provide basic daily care for atopic skin, and can be used during flare-ups as well as in calmer periods in-between.
Using a non-sticky formula containing Licochalcone A and Ceramides, this face cream works to regenerate and strengthen the skin's natural barrier, and relives tightness and itchiness.
The result is skin that feels soft and smooth, and with regular use, the face cream improves overall skin condition.
Suitable for facial eczema and for use by adults, children and babies over three months old.

new formula is really bad
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The old formula was soo soo good, and worked wonders for my eczema prone skin. However, the new formula does not work the same anymore, it causes a lot of redness in my face and red bumps. The cream no longer feels the same in my hands either, it is sticky and heavy compared to the old one which was so light and nice. Really poor decision to go to a new formula without infomring customers, I now need to find something else that works for my skin.

Reformulation is awful
The new formula is not good. I gave it a good try, as I trusted Eucerins previous formula and expected any change they made to be a beneficial improvement and deemed necessary for the users of the product.
But it is sticky, waxy and sits on the skin. My skin is not soothed with this product nor improved over time, infact its the opposite with this formula, it has regressed into a red, tight uncomfortable skin with breakouts, I suspect this is from the shea butter. Using this new product is not a viable option for me. I do hope Eucerin take on board the feedback of many of its consumers that relied on and trusted the original.

New Formula is awful
So sad, I used the original formals for years and it transformed my skin and was the only moisturiser I could use. The new formula piles on my skin and makes it red and itchy, please bring the old formula back.

Terrible new formula
Used the original product for years. This is now a thick and tacky cream that just sits on the surface of the skin. Absolutely not fit for purpose. Why???

New formula is awful.
I've been using this for years to help with my eczema. Recently had to use the new formula and my face broke out. The cream is way too thick and oily. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA, PLEASE!!! I depend on this cream for daily use and this is really upsetting.

Terrible new formula
So upset they’ve changed this product! Have been using previous version for years and my skin loved it, but this new formulation just sits on top of the skin and doesn’t moisturise well at all. Please bring back the old formula!!

Not a good new formula!
I have been using the original formula for years, it glided on so lovely and brilliant under make up, but this new formula has shea butter and other changes, it's now thick and just sits on my skin, it feels horrible and is breaking me out. Why oh why would you change the formula! So disappointed.

Ato control calming face cream
I would just like to say I am so so disappointed in this cream. I have super reactive skin and dry skin. The previous formula was light, absorbed quickly and left my skin super smooth. This formula is thick, sits on the skin and certainly does not help with dryness, in fact just the opposite. Why oh why change an amazing product. I certainly will not be purchasing again.

Can this cream be applied to the eye area? My daughter has very sensitive skin and frequently suffers from reddening around the eyes with some swelling and itchiness then the skin flakes off her eyelids. She is cautious to try new products.

"In response to your query, we would like to inform you that the Eucerin AtoControl Face Care Cream can be applied around the eye area but we do not recommend it. However, it has to be applied very carefully to avoid the contact with the eyes".
