Leaves your face very oily looking within minutes
Really wanted to like this but it leaves a horrible oil slick sheen to the face. The description says non greasy and it doesn’t feel oily when applying but it leaves this shiny look within minutes that gets worse over the day. I’ve found this with several kiehls products, the anti ageing serum in particular which has a really awful texture and seems to form a slimy layer not allowing products on top to sink in. I’m now stuck with a full tub of this cream and of course Kiehls wont take it back. I think I’ll be looking for a properly matte moisturiser elsewhere and hope to find a truly shine free SPF to put on top.

Great product but disappointing sizes
I love this product but am very disappointed they have stopped making the larger sizes. The smaller tubs are more expensive and create extra waste.

Should be called "Ultimate" Facial Cream
We have been using this cream for years and it's hands down the best cream on the market. It's light and soft, easy to apply and leaves your face feeling moisturised without feeling oily. A surefire staple in our skin care routine.

My go-to product for a troublesome face
Over many years I struggled with dry patches on my face and despite experimenting with various routines and products I never solved it until I started using this. The added spf gives a richer creamy feel than the standard ultra facial cream, something I really feel benefits my skin, as well as the added protection from the sun. Only downside is the stocking of various sizes can be hit and miss - I prefer buyng a 125ml tib which lasts a good few months.

Great all year round
I use this all year round, and it is great on my skin which is more sensitive in perimenopause, it's very balancing and moisturising, yet light on my skin.

Good cream - Average use
I like this cream. It hydrates really well and is a thick cream but it burns my eyes when washing face or rubbing my eyes.
