Directions
Ensure shampoo and conditioner bottle are completely dry.
Remove cap.
Hold bottle with less dominate hand and REFILLABLE POUCH with more
dominate hand.
Place nozzle into the bottle and squeeze from the bottom of the pouch.
Secure cap back on bottle and pouch.
Available in FINE, MEDIUM, THICK and DETOX, in both SHAMPOO and

Different than I expected
I bought this product because we had used Ouai in the past and enjoyed it. This product is not quite the same as what we have had in the past the consistency is different and it makes the hair a little heavy.

Medium shampoo
Looooove this brand my hair was so damaged from hot dry workplaces for years on end that it almost felt like straw and I didn't know how to save it anymore and now it feels like I have a whole new set of hair after about 5 months. I am so in love! I ended up getting my sister's some to try as well and theu both love it. We all have each kind of hair and ita amazing that it can help all of us!
