DO NOT LIKE THE PACKAGING - tab breaks off
and it makes it impossible to take off the protectinve cover over the jar that keeps both products from seeping into each other.

Just give me the Upper Lid cream!
Upper Lid Gel: 2 Stars
Lower Eye (what almost every eye cream "does"): 5 VERY BIG Stars
I could not recommend the Lower eye (what most call "eye cream area") more. It is SPECTACULAR. It's the 1st eye cream I have used which REALLY helped with wrinkles and bags.
The Upper Lid gel should be optional. To be honest, the Upper Eye gel flakes and creates a gross powder. I am sure the Upper Eye gel is a nice marketing ploy, but I would rather buy 0.5 Oz of the lower lid cream than have to deal with the flaking of the pink Upper Eye gel.
As for the packaging: This system is NOT good for travel. The lid isn't anywhere close to the top of tue creams, so if you travel, you will find gel in the cream (and vice versa).
I wish Roc constructed a smarter product package.

Eye cream comparison
I’ve used this, Multi-correxion Hydrate + Plump eye cream, Retinol -correxion Line Smoothing eye cream, and the Multi-correxion Eye Balm stick. This one is my least favorite. The upper lid gel beads up when you put eye makeup on over it. My favorite of these eye creams is the Hydrate and Plump. It is the most hydrating of the eye creams and I feel like it lightens even though it doesn’t claim that to be a benefit. The Retinol cream is fine, I use it in the evenings. I love the balm stick to use throughout the day.

Unfortunately no good results for me
Not as great as reviews unfortunately. I was really excited to get this but I do not see anything and it’s been 3 weeks. It’s very easy to apply so the people that couldn’t apply correctly weren’t reading the instructions or reviews correctly.

The cream and gel made my eyes swell and gave me a chemical burn. If you have sensitive skin, avoid this product.

No changes big or small.
I ordered this eye cream, suggested by RoC itself, but so far I have not seen any changes or improvements, big or small. I use it in the morning only and use a retinal eye cream at night. I have black circles under my eyes because it is the way I was born and with freckles too; I don't think any cream will erase them. Of course, they are darker when I'm tired or sick.
