The weightless, inky pencil transforms from a solid to a liquid upon contact with skin, creating a flexible, water-resistant film. The micro-thin lead on this next-generation pencil can be dotted between lashes or glided across eyes with remarkable precision and no skipping.

Directions
Twist up the tip approximately one millimeter (one or two clicks) and glide across lash lines. Replace cap firmly after use.

I would definitely buy it again if you brought it back.
This is the best eyeliner on the market or should I say was the best since you discontinued it. I don't know why companies do that with at least warning customers so they can stock up. I am very disappointed with your decision and actually very annoyed. Please consider bringing it back.
