Directions

The best moisturizer for mature skin
I’m in love with this moisturizing cream. I’m in my 60’s and this cream makes wrinkles almost vanish. I use it am and pm. My skin stays hydrated for hours and it looks healthy. It has been a game changer for me.

Not great
Weird and sticky consistency that reminds me of PVA glue. It's so heavy and thick I can't use it in the morning. It's oily and doesn't wash off your hands after applying.
I definitely recommend the ordinarys' regular moisturizer over this.
My skin does feel quite soft in the morning which is the only reason I'm giving an extra star, but overall it's not worth it.

So moisturizing
My skin is normally dry, and highly allergic to a lot of ingredients...ironically, mostly natural ones. I'm allergic to beeswax, jojoba, and shea to name a few, and so I've been just using single ingredient facial products. I thought I'd take a chance with the ordinary since they don't add fragrances or other allergens I'm normally adverse too. WOW. My face has never glowed this much. I've been using this after washing with the Squalene cleanser, and then an application of Marine Hyaluronic, Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5, and Argan oil, and this really just seals in the moisture and gives my face a beautiful, dewy glow. What a difference from dry skin. After years of avoiding beauty products and just using Argan Oil and petroleum jelly (yuck), I'm so glad I've finally found products that don't give me rashes or breakouts, and instead make my skin look beautiful. Thank you the Ordinary!

Moisturiser ONLY
Alright so I’ve gone through a full container of this so can give a balanced review. Do I absolutely love the feel of this lotion on the skin? Yes, totally, it definitely brings relief to dry skin. But personally as someone in their early 30s, it’s definitely not a multipurpose product. It hydrates ONLY and I cannot say it has improved the texture of my skin or done anything to minimise fine lines etc. It could do wonders for someone who doesn’t have a history of caring for their skin and/or young skin with no additional concerns apart from dryness. I liked this product but will not repurchase, as I want my skincare to do more for me than hydrate.

Keeps my skin happy
I started using this moisturizer for about a year now. I as witched it up from the Squalene and HA moisturizer. My skin loves it! I'm almost 70 and live in Florida and use this under my sunscreen.

Thick and oily but overall I like it for the price
So after starting this a couple months ago, I didn’t like at first, it’s very thick and oily when applied , so I started using every other day and inbetween a lighter moisturizer, and I really like it now! It is thick and I would think not for oily skin, but I’m enjoying it, every other day.

The product was not even half full when I received it. You can bend the tube in half and it will not push any moisturizer out, hopefully, that makes sense as to how empty it was. Pretty disappointing.
