Directions
Remove makeup stains with a little washing-up liquid on a damp cloth. Machine washable at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle, hang to dry. Frequent machine washing may cause the toggle and metal parts to tarnish. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron, do not bleach.

Packaging and delivery is extremely poor - never got to use the product.
The box this product arrived in was damp through and effected not only the box, also the product packaging and the product itself! I have contacted Customer Services, submitted a photo but have heard nothing back. I explained it was a gift and needed a swift turnaround solution but sadly nothing. The product itself could potentially be good but whats the use of buying it when the Customer Service is so poor. Would I purchase from you again.....NOl! Perhaps someone could expedite what is to be done with a poorly delivered gift!!
