Not fairly pleased
The first time i bought this product it was awesome and i so changes in no time but this recent bottle hasnt quite lived up to my expectations i havent seen changes at all i stll have dark cirles and puffy eyes whether it because i took long between bottles

Not for sensitive eyes.
Just when I started seeing results it turned out I'm actually allergic to the serum so be careful - the moment you feel itchiness or irritation stop usage.

Great option!
I received this product complimentary from The Ordinary. I really appreciate how affordable this serum is and the fact that it’s made without harmful ingredients. It’s still early days, so I haven’t seen major changes yet, but I’m happy with it so far. I mainly picked it up to use on my eyebrows, as they’ve started thinning a bit, and I’m hopeful it will help with that over time. I also love how sleek and compact the packaging is — it’s super convenient to carry in my makeup pouch. Overall, I’m pleased and looking forward to seeing results with continued use.

Veins around my eyes!!!!
I bought this 1 month ago. I only used it 4-5 times and it made my around eye WORSE!!! Now I can see many veins around my eye area and I really dont know how to revert:(( also it makes worse on hydration. I can't believe that I look like 10 years older after applying this!

I bought this product hoping to improve a little bit my eye area - mainly to address dark circles and crows feet. I have reasonably sensitive skin. Turns out the reviews were correct. I used it once before bed, and throughout the night skin on my lid was becoming more and more painful (yes it woke me up, felt like the skin was scratched or raw). Woke up to swelling, red spots, areas of extremely dried skin all around my eyes. It spread out over my eyebrows and on my cheeks through the following day. This product is going directly into the bin. Now looking back, I cant seem to find any positive reviews that's not a case of someone receiving a product for free. I remain a fan of some other Ordinary products, but this one is a hard pass.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN;Allergic :(
Got a severe allergic reaction/infection, had to take a lot of medication because my eyes were swollen shut. Do not recommend… :( I’m sad since I usually like The Ordinary products.

Used for four months and did nothing
Bought three tubes in November and have used daily since then. Brows look no different and no new hairs growing back. Very disappointing.

On my second bottle now!
This is a really good brow serum. I've been using them consistently on my eyebrows and they've definitely grown and filled out a bit more.
