It's like reviewers aren't aware of what this is
I'd say I'm surprised by the litany of 1-3 stars here, but people never fail to be incredibly goofy. If, like me, you tried GA products at a hotel and fell in love with it for what it is, then your purchase won't surprise you when it doesn't produce GALLONS of foamy lather. The description itself says "natural foaming ingredients" which *generally* indicates a slight reduction in lather effectiveness in favor of natural ingredients. If you're expecting this to lather as potently as every other harsh composition on the market, then don't buy and whine! If you're looking for an amazing scent that cleans incredibly well and leaves a lovely lingering skin-feel and fragrance without harsh ingredients: this is for you!

Love the scent!
I really love the scent of this cleanser. It smells so pretty and whenever I take a shower it feels like a little luxury. I like how it lathers and it’s going to be a staple in my shower from now on.

I want to like it more
This is the first GA product I have gotten that I haven't been crazy about. I got a 100ml pump bottle included in a holiday gift box selection. It smells great and doesn't dry out my skin at all. But the big but....it does not lather at all. I had to use a SIGNIFICANT amount to get clean - and I was using a Japanese cloth that makes millions of suds for everything but this cleanser. I know it is sulfate free - but I have other body washes that are also SLS free - and still suds. My GA face wash has more suds. So as much as I would like to use this all the time - I would need to order a gallon a month.

Itching and Burning
I used this in the Equinox showers for several weeks before I realized the itching and burning was not a medical issue, but a reaction to the new soaps. Stopped using them, problem solved. Trouble is I can't use any of the products at the gym now.

Feels cheap, slimy. Doesn’t lather.
Doesn’t feel high quality. It’s a thin liquid that doesn’t lather well. Leaves your skin feeling “squeaky”. Kind of has the consistency of hand sanitizer. Easily the worst “luxury” body wash I’ve used. Vastly overpriced.

AMAZING
I only recently discovered the brand and now could not live without it! The energizing body cleanser is part of my favorite products and also the only one that cleanses your skin without dehydrating it. It feels super soft and smooth and of course also good smelling. Highly highly recommend - go get it now!:)!
