Smooths and Softens
I've used this twice a day for five years with excellent results. It's the second serum, proceeded by Argireline and followed by Hyaluronic daily x2. I may have to change this as I grow older, but for now, all is well.

Very happy with this product
I rarely post reviews but wanted to add a positive review for this product in hopes that it can help other people as much as it helped me. Earlier this year I noticed a very crepey/wrinkly patch on the front/center area of my neck. I am 43 and have always had good skin and received comments about looking much younger than my age. I also have never been into skincare and did nothing other than use a very basic cleanser and moisturizer. After noticing this change, I started using Matrixyl and the Niacinimide 5% Face Emulsion every day after showering (Matrixyl on neck, Niacinimide on neck and face). After about 1.5 months, the wrinkly patch seems to be completely gone and the skin feels more firm. Even after running out of the product for over a week, the improvement seemed to persist. I'm planning to use both the Matrixyl and Niacinimide as a regular part of my skincare routine going forward!

It's ok.
It's not bad or good. I didn't personally notice a difference using this. I didn't have any negatives from using it either though. I switched to other products from this company and I definitely saw a difference with those.

Allergic reaction
I had been using this product without any issue. Then didn't use it for a couple of months then went back to it and applied to my face and neck after my evening shower, following by my moisturizer that I have been using for the past 2 years or more. The next morning I woke up to a severe rash all over my face and neck, the likes of which I've never had before in my entire life of 58 years. I have never had an allergic reaction to anything in, so this was a completely new experience for me. I took an antihistamine and kept my skin moisturized for the next week, staying out of the sun and not exercising,to give my skin time to calm down and heal. I went from a rash to it feeling like a bad sunburn, to peeling and as of today, a week later, my skin is now smooth but still blotchy. I've always had good skin, that I would never have described as being over sensitive, no acne, not oily or dry, so to have my skin damaged in this way was very upsetting. I know anyone can develop an allergy to anything, at any point in your life, so I'm not saying this product is "bad" but let's just say I'm going to be much more cautious with what I put on my skin going forward. I researched online my reaction to this particular product and found that other people have had this same reaction so I am not alone in this.

Nice for neck and around the eyes
I've been using it around the eyes and on my neek for about a month now. Perhaps it's too little to talk about results, but I'm also rather young and doing it for preventative care than anything else. When I used it on my whole face, I think it broke me out, so eyes and neck it is.
