Directions
Apply in the morning and evening. Apply to the face and neck using a cotton pad or fingers. Do not rinse off. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes.

Great in theory for me
I bought this hoping to add a toner to my The Ordinary line but unfortunately I was met with hives all across my chest and milia across my entire face. I must be allergic to something in there or the strain of yeast even. NO ones fault, just wasn't for me.

Absolutely made my under eyes peel
I have never had an eczema type reaction to a product but this one did it. I wasn't even putting it near my eyes but it caused my undereye area to be red and flaky. I stopped all products and added them back one by one a week at a time to see what caused it and yep, it was this.

Not a fan...
I used the product and had a bad reaction. My face was red, tight and swollen. After 4 days my face is almost back to normal. I have used it in the past with no reaction. Really disappointed as I love the brand.

The best toner for dry skin

Great toner
I love this lotion toner. I was scared from those photos of reactions and was determined to try this correctly. So I used a dab on my inner arm 2 x day for 5 days and then started using it on my jaw line for another 5 days before using all over my face. By letting my body get used to this product, I had no reaction. And my skin is super sensitive. This stuff is great. I use it at night as it’s a bit heavy but makes my skin so smooth and silky. Def a keeper

Feels fantastic!
Well into month 3 of using this product. Love how it makes my aging (62!), cranky, sensitive skin feel—refreshed, smooth, and younger—at least for a little while.😉

Excellent Toner for all skin types
For many years, no toner worked for me so I gave up on toners. 8 months ago I decided to try the ordinary milk toner and it changed my life. I love, love, love, this toner. No break-outs from the first day till now. I use it daily, mornings and evenings with the ordinary balancing clarifying serum and I am loving my skin. I have introduced it to my friends and they're loving it as well. Thanks Ordinary . You're the best.
