Rated 5 out of 5 by from Surprisingly effective, extremely gentle I can’t believe I waited so long to try this. I have three types of eczema and adult acne, and every treatment I tried made one or the other worse. Acne treatments triggered my eczema, eczema treatments triggered my acne. This is the first product that has helped my acne without triggering my eczema, likely thanks to the squalane base. Even my seborrheic dermatitis is calmer. After two weeks, my skin looks better than it has in years. Please don't ever discontinue this 🙏

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! I started using this a month ago and my skin hasn’t been this good in twenty years. My skin is smoother and more hydrated and the biggest change is the even tone of my skin, something I haven’t had in decades.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DO NOT LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! almost all of the negative reviews have to do with the texture. the product is meant to be oily, that's literally the whole point. that being said, if squalane or oils in general aren't your thing, steer clear. however... this is a FANTASTIC product. it is such a good exfoliant for sensitive, acne-prone, combo, or dry skin. I would argue it could even work for oily skin as long as your prepared for the texture of it. the serum is affective and not the least bit drying. if you struggle with consistently exfoliating due to reactionary or dry skin this is the product for you!!! I love love love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gentle and spreadable Being Salicylic acid I was a little worried to try in serum form but this is very silky and similar to an oil. It doesn't irritate my skin, doesn't dry it out. It seems to actually help with hydrating my skin as well. My acne has improved so much since I started using. I use this 2x a day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible, especially for older + sensitive skin I am 59 and still have oily/acne problem skin. For many years I have used a well known (expensive) anti blemish moisturiser which was ok, but I still had spots, blackheads, etc. I recently discovered this product and it has changed everything. After less than a week of use my skin is completely clear, feels moisturised (not greasy), skin tone and texture have dramatically improved and my complexion looks fresher. I have many allergies and sensitivities to other products, but this is perfect. I apply it (sparingly) after I have washed my face and that's it ! Only one tiny criticism (ish), the pipette is a little messy, perhaps a pump bottle might be an improvement.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from overly moisturizing for combination skin I bought this serum about three months ago and settled on this particular formula after also looking at the regular salicylic acid serum, the clarifying serum, and niacinamide, and settled on this one since quite a few of the five-star reviews seemed to have similar skin concerns to me. I tend to have combination skin that is a little bit more sensitive than average, but nothing too crazy, and was mainly trying the address my blackheads, uneven skin texture, and very very mild acne. In the past, I have found that a lot of acne treatments leave my skin tight red, and peeling, but forgoing active/exfoliating ingredients altogether leads to painful under-the-skin pimples. Anyway, all that to say, I used this product nightly with only moisturizer for 2 1/2 months; after the first two weeks I noticed a smattering of small pimples on my forehead, which I almost never break out, but chalked it up to my skin purging. The serum is very oily feeling and would not absorb into my skin even after letting it sit for 24 hours, and mostly ended up on my pillow. fast forward to now, and I still have not noticed a single change in my skin besides the forehead pimples, which after lots of research, have found out are fungal and caused by the anhydrous element of the serum. I really really wanted this serum to work for me, as it seems to have for others, but it wasn't meant to be.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Made me break out! I think this stuff actually made my breakouts worse. I am not sure it's actually good for acne prone skin.
