Awful
This is the worst product from The Ordinary I ever had. The package is difficult to squeeze and the product left my hair dry and hoarse. Would never recommend this. I have no idea how otherwise good company can release such a bad product.

Reliable results
I have purchased the cleanser and conditioner several times before and was glad to see it back in stock. Lasts well, and does a good job on my hair. My only complaint is that the identical packaging of both products (except for small print with specific product name) is not good for anyone with poor reading vision in the shower. Suggest using a unique coloured stripe on each product, or make the name of the product larger. I have added a large "S" and "C" to each bottle with permanent marker.

Better then expected
I originally ordered the Cleanser and Conditioner for my daughter in 2023. I was looking to try something multi use and since the cleanser indicated it could be used as a body wash I thought it was practical for camping and beach days. The first time I used it on my daughter's hair I loved the result. It left it very clean, manageable and soft. So I decided to try it.
For reference; We live on an Island, our weather is hot and humid almost all year around.
My daughter’s hair is long with soft waves.
Mine is colored treated with soft waves.
I mentioned this because I know not all hair products work the same on everyone and climate also has an influence on the way hair products may work.
I was very impressed...
After washing my hair I blowed dried it without using any of my normal routine products to dry my hair.
It left my hair and scalp feeling very clean, hair was soft and had a healthy shine. Didn’t feel weighted down or greasy. I completely feel in love. So now it is not only our camping and beach “must haves”, but we also use at home ever since.

Clarifying Fav
While I think this is much too stripping as an everyday shampoo, it's excellent as a clarifying shampoo to get rid of any silicone build up, etc. I also appreciate the rectangular bottle as it makes for easy storage. Not much else to note; it's very bare bones.

Clean and fragrance free!
I love this shampoo. It cleans really well without perfumes. Literally every other hair/bath product has fragrance, this one is so refreshing. Please make in a larger/refill size, the 8oz bottle is a lot of plastic!

Super Drying
I had such high hopes for this - it's fragrance and oil-free and doesn't have a long ingredients list. Also, there's nothing I'm allergic to. It is gentle, but unfortunately, it's sooooo drying. After one use my hair and skin were dehrdrated and itchy. I tried it a few more times, but each time was worse. This would be good for sensitive, oily hair and skin. I wish The Ordinary could make a comparable cleanser for dry skin.
